How scoring works
Potential warning-sign responses receive 1 point for “Yes” and 0.5 points for “Sometimes.” “No” receives 0 points. “Unsure” and “Not yet taught” are excluded, not treated as “No.” Questions about reported strengths do not add risk points.
Your completed summary shows earned points out of the applicable scored questions. It does not label or diagnose dyslexia.
